BIC for contracting & construction is hiring an “IT Manager”
Qualifications and requirements:
– At least bachelor’s degree in computer science. “master degree of computer science” is preferable.
– Excellent command of English.
– Excellent communication skills.
– At least 5 years experience as an IT manager and 15 years experience of working in IT field.
– ITIL ” service design and service operation ” achiever.
– Good experience of managing digital transformation.
– At least 2 years experience of managing and working with ERP systems.
– At least 5 years experience of managing network technologies.
– At least 5 years experience of managing Microsoft systems and technologies such as MS Azure, MS 365.. etc
– At least 5 years of experience of managing ticketing systems.
– Good experience of creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals.
– Good experience of locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems.
– Good experience of conducting routine evaluations of network and data security.
– Good experience of building IT staff.
– Good experience of Performing routine system audits.
– Good experience of organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects.
– Good experience of managing and reporting on the IT budget’s allocation.
– Good experience of trainning and building teamwork skills.
– Good experience of creating workshops and training programmes for staff.
