Responsibilities:

– Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting the design deliverables and produce necessary communication pieces in both print and digital.
⁃ Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the brand identity’s consistency.
⁃ Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
⁃ Lead and review junior designer drafts at the future to ensure quality.
⁃ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends with a strong sense of color combinations, fonts, and layout.
⁃ Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Skills and Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with agency background.
– Absorb the creative direction while bringing unique ideas to the table.
– Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
– Work experience in graphic design with proficiency in brand, global packaging, retail, and guideline development.
– Working on a minimal taste with no manipulation’s execution
– A high level of proficiency in retouching for products and skin images to high standard.
– “No task is too small and easy” mindset.
