Ataa Charity Investment Fund (ACIF), ACIF عطاء صندوق الاستثمار الخيرى لدعم ذوى الاعاقة a private investment fund that directs all it´s profit to serve the disability sector is looking for a Social Media Moderator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Moderating communities, Responding to inquiries and following up on them through any social networking sites, including (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to provide potential customers with information needed.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Providing potential customers with immediate and professional information in a timely manner.
  • Creating reports that include building databases for the requests we receive from beneficiaries.
  • Supporting the marketing team by attending events related to partners.
  • Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Social Media Moderator
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Mass-Com or any related field.
  • Proficient in written English and Arabic.
  • Preferably have experience in charitable organizations or Human development.
  • Must have quick responsiveness to inquiries and incoming calls and willingness to answer anytime with a timely manner.

Working Conditions

  • 3 days per week from office ( Dokki, Giza). – (12 days per month)
  • 3 days per week from home – ( 12 days per month)
