CFO in Finance department in BADR city -Cairo

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial department, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and audit

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the company’s financial performance and growth

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the senior management team and board of directors

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, financial institutions, and investors

• Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions

• Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Mentor and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is strongly preferred

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations

• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience

• Knowledge of international financial markets and investment strategies

• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
